Mom had a reverse mortgage and he put me in contact with a gentleman who dealt with that type of financing, for advise. The house was on the market for two days and we received the full asking price. This may seem weird but I'm also a realtor in GA and needed a GREAT realtor in TN. Tony is absolutely the best I've found.(and I've given several referrals)... Tony rocks!! I never had to ask twice for anything. His communication is clear and often. He always let us know what was going on throughout the entire process....and we never had to ask! If we ever needed anything done, it was "done yesterday" as the saying goes! Time for me to step up my game, I've learned a lot from observing Tony's actions...I already knew the words. Tony Sawyer single-handedly turned our house hunt right side up. When we met him by chance at a home listed by Crye-Leike, we had been house hunting for a year already. We'd have previous buyers agents who would take days to respond and didn't seem to take our feedback on properties into consideration. Tony knocked our socks off by emailing us with some follow-up information regarding the property he showed us within an hour of meeting. We set up another showing with him for the same evening. It was obvious through every interaction with Tony that he took his job seriously and cared about getting us in a house we love.
